How discreet is the packaging?
Every order ships in a plain brown box with no logo, from a neutral sender name. Order texts never name what you bought. Orders with intimate wellness items get a random parcel code, and the label just says "Home goods".
Is cash on delivery available?
Yes, on every order anywhere in India. You can also pay online at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 4 to 7 working days and costs ₹79. Express takes 1 to 3 working days in metro cities and costs ₹149. Orders leave our warehouse within 2 working days.
What if something arrives damaged?
Tell us within 7 days of delivery with a photo or short video and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund. Opened skin, bath, food and intimate products can't be returned unless faulty.
Are the clay pots safe for cooking?
Pots and bottles that touch food or water go on sale only after a lab lead test, and the report number is shown on the product page.
